✔ Cardio and stress relief in a small footprint

What's in the Box

One speed ball per order in your selected style. Drawstring styles ship as a cord-mounted ball with ropes; pear-shaped styles ship as a hanging pear ball. Each ball weighs about 280 g.

Dimensions

Pear-shaped ball: 29 × 18 cm (height × diameter). Drawstring rig: 40 × 20 cm with two 70 cm ropes. PU-leather construction throughout.

Care

Wipe the PU surface with a damp cloth after sessions and keep it dry. Check the ropes and mounting points before each use, and store away from sharp edges and direct heat.

FAQ

Q: How durable is the PU and the seams?
A: The PU leather shell resists scuffs and wipes clean. Land relaxed, accurate taps rather than heavy power shots to keep the seams and air retention in good shape.

Q: How is it mounted?
A: The drawstring style uses two 70 cm ropes you anchor top and bottom for tension; the pear-shape hangs from a single point. Mount to a solid frame or doorway anchor.

Q: Who is it best for — beginners or trained boxers?
A: Both. Beginners build timing and coordination; experienced boxers use it for reflex and conditioning work and Sanda-style training.

Q: Is it good for cardio and stress relief at home?
A: Yes — short, fast rounds raise the heart rate and burn off tension in a compact corner of the room.
